Welcome to Fitness, a blog all about health, exercise and of course fitness.

The primary aim of this blog is to provide a lot of useful and informative knowledge about all topics concerning health, exercise and fitness as well as branching off on other health related topics such as weight loss and slimming, diets and dieting, fitness exercise equipment, work out routines and other general health and fitness related issues.

The information will not be text book stuff, but more the knowledge and experience of a long term health buff and alternative health practitioner. So most of what is written in here will be of genuine health value and some will of course be personal trial and error as well as life experiences and some anecdotal evidence.

There should be plenty in here to interest most people for whom personal health is a big issue so come along for the ride and enjoy the journey I’ll take you on through the intricate windings of the many aspects of health and fitness.

    This is great info about general health and fitness that everyone needs to know about. I’ve always been a big fan of keeping myself fit by doing regular exercise and eating a healthy diet, so its always nice to read about it in someone else’s blog!
